A double macerated (fermented) natural coffee that is such a premium treat that took our breaths away. Wildly delicious. This is an experimental coffee you do not want to miss out. We always gravitate to women-led organizations and it did not disappoint. Pourovers will get clean and sweet herbaceous notes. Espresso shots will pick up beautiful mellow fruit forward notes of jammy blackberry, strawberry, pineapple, dark caramel chocolate.
This coffee is from Santander, Colombia produced by women on Mildred Munoz's farm named Finca Santa Maria. A 75 acre farm run entirely by a group of 22 women from leadership to quality control. It is exceptionally exquisite and our first experimental coffee we wanted to step forward with.
